• Average sales price $699,605

• Sales prices have increased 32% since 2018

• Prices increased by 7% over 2021 home sales

• In 2022 fewer homes were available homes to purchase:  

  • 285 homes listed and 254 homes sold. 

  • For comparison in 2021: 349 homes were listed and 305 sold. 

Braintree Condominium Sales - 2022

• Average sales price $455,003

• Sales prices have increased 18% since 2018.

• Prices increased of 4% from 2021

• Number of available condominiums to purchase down for the year as well

  • 91 units listed and 86 units sold

  • In 2021: 154 listed and 145 sold

Too few properties keeps sales prices strong
